Description

La Palapa Condominiums are located on the best part of Los Muertos Beach in Old Town Puerto Vallarta, with the famous restaurant by the same name at beach level. This 2 bedroom corner unit with wrap around terrace is one of our favorites spots in Old Town. We don’t work with many condos, but this one is worth a visit. You will not want to leave the oceanfront terrace.

La Palapa includes 24-hour front desk security; they will have your keys. Daily maid service, elevator and a heated rooftop pool are a big plus; many condos only include maid service 2-3 times per week.

This area of Los Muertos is the best for swimming, people watching and socializing. The tony beach restaurant 3 floors down can set you up in designer lounges under canvas umbrellas 25 feet from the water’s edge and serve gourmet food and drink on white linen table cloths. Go back in the evening for sunset and fine dining, surrounded by torches and the soft sound of guitar.

La Palapa is old-school Vallarta – think: classic Mexico and lots of tradition, not new and modern. But without a doubt, THE place to be on Los Muertos Beach.
