Casa Cosmos is a special place. Built by famed Mexico City architect Alfredo Terrazes when most of this stunning beachfront region was family owned, Terrazes borrowed from his studies of Japanese design while highlighting the lush natural beauty of the setting, creating an exciting new look for that era he called “Environmental Style”. The result is soaring thatch roofs, locally sourced hardwoods, louvered doors and plantation shutters, cabana-style bedrooms, a meandering rock pool with water falls and exotic Mexican crafts.
The outstanding feature of this unique oasis is the semi-private beach down a stairway from the pool. A shaded overhang creates jungle beach lounge area, bordered by hammocks strung between palm trees.
This “adventure” aspect makes Casa Cosmos a great option for families. Some of the bedrooms are intended to share space and are perfect for groups with kids. Our couples groups love it too for the idyllic, relaxed vibe. Long rental history and great location assure an excellent vacation experience.
Main level has 4 equal suites with king beds. Add the Master Suite and Bunk room one level up for groups with children or singles who don’t mind sharing space. Separate Guest House “Owner’s Casita” can be added for an additional cost.
