Sister property Puerto Vallarta Beach Club has 3 villas – Romantica (3BR) Alegre (3BR) and Vista (4BR) adding another 10 bedrooms to the compound. When booked together with Verano, all guests have access to the entire Estate – the Beach Club, the Verano Pool, the grounds etc with capacity to dine together at the same time as one large group.

When the 3 villas at PVBC are rented separately from Verano proper, the Beach House can also be added to PVBC, to create 4 separate villas with 11 bedrooms total.

When booking the entire compound – Verano, PVBC and The Beachhouse – the Verano PVBC Estate offers 22 bedrooms total, all under the same management, with sleeping capacity for 44 persons.

Construction Disclaimer: there is a condo building going up next door. The noise does not affect the main villa or pool at Verano but can be heard from the private beach club at PVBC.
